Everything was nice and clean. We had a balcony room with a fabulous view. Breakfast was good, although I would've liked to have seen some bagels and bacon! Excellent place to stay for the money!

I love how the place had been 100% renovated and all new beds that were firm & comfortable. Everything was so clean, AC got really cold that was a plus. Loved the lighted mirrors. The bathroom was really nice. I like you have to have key cards to get into this place.

It is obvious that this is an older establishment but the service is great and have never had an issue here. They are located directly on strip in Gatlinburg and next door to Crockets. Great location for a quick stay.

Clean, friendly staff, super breakfast with tea. Many hotels only have coffee. Their pool is amazing because they don’t lock it up at 7pm. You can swim at 10 pm and look at the stars. WE LOVE STAYING HERE. Although the housekeeper didn’t understand my English she completely understood that I needed fresh towels and was sweet and smiling. Just wonderful people.

The room was big with a great balcony. It overlooked a creek/river and was very picturesque when the snow fell. We also saw a black bear in the water which was very fun! The breakfast was also really great every morning.
