The room was great! Loved the ambience that the light gave in the room. You could change it to different colors and we thought that was a cool feature. Loved the bathroom and how the toilet was not close to the shower! Water was always hot, we were right outside of the Mercedes Stadium looking right at it. So great room position. Loved all the cool features of the hotel

The Darwin Hotel was an excellent choice to stay in Atlanta with my daughter, to tour nearby Atlanta college campuses! The property was located in Midtown, a few minutes outside of downtown and a short drive to all of the local attractions, including the college campuses, restaurants, and other activities. The lobby was a vibe as soon as we stepped in for check-in, I knew I’d picked a great hotel. I loved the paper cranes concept and took full advantage of using mine to get a hot coffee and I used my daughter’s for a refreshing morning mimosa! The hotel room was nicely appointed and an excellent value, affordable nightly rate allowed us to comfortably stay a couple of nights with plenty left in the budget to enjoy and explore the city! Big shout out to Efrain who graciously checked us in and provided us with great restaurant recommendations during our later than desired check-in. Efrain was an excellent ambassador of The Darwin Hotel. The value was undeniable and when I find myself in the A again, I plan to stay at The Darwin Hotel, especially if my daughter decides to attend college in Atlanta!

Good location for events at Mercedes Benz stadium. Great security! Free breakfast with lots of options (and fruit). I hope they complete the revitalization of the underground so this area can be amazing! Love the old building and staircase! Also, the little shop with snacks was a lifesaver one night! Staff was SO nice!

The room was great and the staff was great also, I definitely liked being across the street from the mall. The hotel lobby smelled so good and was very clean. I did have a problem with the mini fridge in my room and the TV was having issues connecting to the WiFi, but the staff got a maintenance guy upstairs to help with the issues. All in all, it was a good stay.

Upon arrival, we were given a rundown on the historical features of the hotel by extremely friendly attendants. We were helped with our luggage and checked on to be sure our stay was as great as possible. Each day we’d leave and return, the front desk attendants welcomed us and engaged in warm conversation.
