Everything about our stay was amazing. We stayed here for Lollapalooza weekend, so honestly my expectations going in were a little low just because I knew it would be a crazy busy weekend. BUT the hotel and staff fully exceeded my expectations! Every single person we interacted with was so patient and kind for our entire stay, despite what I'm sure was a chaotic weekend for them. The front desk team was patient and efficient. The bellmen were incredibly helpful. The security team was amazing. The room was clean, renovated and quiet! The housekeeping staff was also kind and quick. Nothing but good things to say. I would 100% stay here again anytime I'm in Chicago. And if you're going for the festival, you could NOT be any closer to the entrance. 10/10

Style of the hotel. Everything was thoroughly clean and well maintained. Design was just amazing, not your ordinary room in the hotel.

Room was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and smiley. We arrived at 3am and they were able to check us in and give us a free room upgrade! The amenities were nice. The gym had upgraded machines. The hotel has a classy timeless aesthetic. The little things about this hotel made it memorable.

The room had an amazing view of the lake. It was super clean, wish I could have stayed longer. Also, public transit was quite literally beneath the hotel, so easy to hop on or grab an Uber. Quite close to all the main attractions downtown.
