Very clean, and the front desk and staff were superstars. I, along with the entire family, have never been treated better by any staff. One of their desk managers taught my youngest to play pool and popped us fresh popcorn every time we entered the lobby. She even sent us on our way with a big bag of popcorn and drink. We love the mountain town of Williams too. This is the second year we have been there for the Christmas parade. We will be back!!

Our room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. So bad that we slept with blankets covering our nose and mouth. The next morning I let the front desk know and they moved us to another room with no issues. Really appreciated how accommodating they were!

Comfortable stay. The manager and staff were friendly. Was quiet until the train comes through, but that would be the whole town.

The general manager at the front desk was very respectful and nice! Yes, it’s an older hotel, but the manager being nice made everything that much better.
